Returns Policy



RETURNS


Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase is over 14 days old, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Certain items are completely excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.ecominternational@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable): Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at noor.wrldwide@gmail.com and ship the item to: Saliterstraße 58, Marktoberdorf, Bavaria, 87616, Germany.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Saliterstraße 58, Marktoberdorf, Bavaria, 87616, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
